Job description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Student Recruitment Executive/Student Counsellor to join one of our client’s team(Private Campus). The ideal candidate will drive student enrollment by building relationships with prospective students, schools, and partners, ensuring our institution meets its recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Student Outreach: Conduct promotional activities to attract prospective students, including visiting schools, colleges, and participating in career fairs.
– Counseling: Provide guidance to prospective students and their families regarding course offerings, admission requirements, and career prospects.
– Application Management: Assist students with the application process, ensuring timely submission and addressing inquiries.
– Database Management: Maintain an updated record of student inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
– Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and community groups.
– Event Coordination: Organize and execute open days, webinars, and information sessions to promote the institution.
– Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements in recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
– Minimum 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or a similar role.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
– Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours as needed.
