Job description
Lead the implementation of Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives.
Strategize and oversee the public relations plan, including media engagement and editorial reviews of PR content.
Organize and execute corporate and partner events to ensure high-impact outcomes.
Manage and strengthen the digital presence by overseeing content strategies for social media.
Collaborate to design branding campaigns to boost enrollments in courses, diplomas, and other programs.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage.
8+ years of managerial experience in marketing, brand management, or public relations, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and a strong understanding of modern marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing and editorial skills in English; fluency in Sinhala or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in the financial services industry or capital markets is desirable
