Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Management Specialist to support and enhance our sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales strategies, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team
• Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts and tracking sales goals to help achieve targets
• Provide training and support to sales teams on tools, systems, and processes to enhance productivity
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on sales strategies and objectives
• Document sales workflows and best practices to maintain consistency and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure data accuracy
