Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support the CEO of the company in managing various projects and functions.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multitasking projects.
• You will be proactive, and detail-oriented, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with all departments, levels, and regions.
• Previous experience in project management, personal assistance, and administration roles is highly desirable, along with exposure to working overseas.
• The position requires exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating presentations and managing project-related data.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination of projects.
• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects in a timely manner.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to the CEO.

Multitasking and Proactive Thinking:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them.

Presentation and Excel Skills:
• Develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for the Chairman.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project-related data and reports.

Administration and Personal Assistance:
• Provide administrative support to the Chairman as needed.

Communication Skills:
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Draft and edit various documents, reports, and presentations for the Chairman.
• Facilitate communication between departments, levels, and regions.

Pre – requisites Qualifications:
• A degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Secretarial a related field is an added qualification
• Previous experience in project management, personal assistance, or administration.
• Experience in roles such as Business Coordination, Sales Coordination, and Account Management is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
