· Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to by factory employees.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 03 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.

· Proven ability to manage factory staff and complex HR operations.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving attitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
