Job Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the resolution process.
• Monitor and analyze customer/seller feedback and operational data to identify recurring issues and potential areas of concern.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (customer service, operations, product development, etc.) to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of issues, actions taken, and outcomes to ensure transparency and facilitate future analysis.
Candidate Requirements
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Proficient in conveying information clearly and efficiently, both verbally and in writing.
• Conversant in English/Sinhala & Tamil.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus under pressure.
• Capable of mediating disputes and fostering a positive, constructive environment.
• Competence in relevant software, tools, and systems pertinent to the role.
• Flexible in adjusting to changing demands, environments, and challenges.
