Banking Sector
Location : Colombo 02
Work : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm weekdays (need to be available on phone during the weekends as well)
Job Role
We are expecting to handle the calls of both resigns RM portfolios and pass the relevant details with supporting departments or to Senior Manager ,Sales.
The candidate will directly report to the Senior Sales Manager and provide feedback based on merchant requirements, therefore, a candidatewith a sound background of expected languages.
Language: Should speak both English and Sinhala
Tamil speaking would be an added advantage
