Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Western Music to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western music theory and history, as well as experience teaching a variety of instruments and musical styles.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cover a range of Western music topics.
• Provide individual and group music instruction on various instruments.
• Plan and organize performances and recitals for students to showcase their skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field.
• Previous teaching experience in Western music.
• Proficiency in playing and teaching multiple instruments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
