Qualifications Required:
• Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws, & fund.
• Must have excellent knowledge of current visa regulations & documentation.
• Experience in student VISA’s for Australia, UK, Canada, and the USA is compulsory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in student placement and visa documentation.
• Must possess knowledge in online submission of student visa application
• Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
• Communicate with students and collect their required documents for university applications.
• Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order needed for application.
• Must have excellent communication and time management skills & possess a good personality.
• Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
• Must be willing to update the knowledge in visa regulation & requirement changes through research.
• Meet assigned targets & must have strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
• Maintain records of students’ documentation.
• Update daily processing work activities.
