Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transportation Coordinator, located in Colombo. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching transportation services. They will coordinate and communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with transportation policies and regulations, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining organized records and documentation of transportation activities.

• Operations Management and Transportation Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
