What You’ll Need
• Education:

– Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.

– Educational background from an International School is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills:

– Basic understanding of web development languages and coding.

– Familiarity with software development frameworks and tools.

– Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, and Amazon Redshift.

– Basic command of Linux terminal commands.
• Soft Skills:

– Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do
• Client Support: Provide L1 and L2 support, including updating SSL certificates.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly support desk reports for the leadership team.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries.
• Collaboration: Work with Delivery, Product, and Support teams.
• Documentation: Track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Training: Enhance technical knowledge through training programs.
• Knowledge Base: Help create support documentation and FAQs.
