Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Banking Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the banking industry and develop a successful career.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to bank clients.
• Assist with various banking transactions including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
• Process paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Learn about different banking products and services to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
• Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
Qualifications:
• Possess a minimum of GCE O/L with a ‘A’ or ‘B’ in English and Mathematics and GCE A/L in all subjects.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience or internship in a bank is an advantage.
