KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to Inbound Calls: Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs and inquiries with a positive attitude.
Maintain Call Quality: Uphold a high standard of call quality to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
Ticket Management: Update and log all customer queries and complaints in our ZOHO support ticket system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
Complaint Resolution: Work diligently to resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and closing the loop by updating the ticket for future reference.
Department Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to address unsolved customer complaints and forward them for further resolution.
Sales and Surveys: Conduct sales, surveys, and service calls to customers, promoting our products and services effectively.
Execute operational health calls (outbound):
· Conduct sales, surveys, and service calls to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
· Conduct opex health calls for com Bank merchants and submit feedback duly.
· Conduct health calls for payable merchants and submit feedbacks on monthly selected merchant’s base.
QUALIFICATION
• Freshers or with 1-2 year call center industry experience with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Command in English and Sinhala, with Tamil would be a definite advantage
• Correct Customer Service mindset and a perfect team player attitude.
• Basic IT skills, knowledge of digital media and mobile apps.
• Willingness to work on roaster/Shift basis including weekends
