Job Description:

As a telemarketer, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote products or services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, build rapport, and persuade them to purchase or express interest in the offerings. Telemarketers often work in call centers or remotely and may focus on outbound or inbound calls, depending on the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lead lists.
• Present products or services to potential customers and highlight their benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in learning more about the offerings.
• Follow scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulations.
• Collect and record customer information accurately.
• Identify customer needs and customize sales pitches accordingly.
• Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persuasive and convincing ability to sell products or services.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is beneficial.

Working Conditions:
• Telemarketers typically work in office settings or call centers equipped with phone systems and computers. Some companies may offer remote work options. The job may involve sitting for extended periods and making numerous phone calls throughout the day.

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:
• Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
