Technical Writer for Australian Tax Law

We’re looking for a talented Content Writer with a passion for English writing and a finance background, specifically knowledgeable in Australian Accounting & Taxation. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality contents on various technical points and tax updates for a range of marketing and communications channels. Working to agreed content strategies for each project, you will develop and executive innovative content plans designed to drive engagement and positive perceptions of the brand.

Responsibilities
• Create high-quality, engaging, and compelling written content for websites and across all other channels including written, visual, social media and video assets.
• Develop persuasive copy that aligns with industry standards, effectively promoting our services.
• Collating, distributing and publishing third party content as relevant to each platform’s audiences.
• Monitoring, investigating and testing relevant strategic trends in order to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Conduct in-depth research to maintain content accuracy, currency, and relevance, staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
• Identify client needs, content gaps, and recommend new topics and formats to boost user engagement.
• Produce articles independently, ensuring originality, authenticity, and thorough research without reliance on ChatGPT or any AI-generated content.

Qualifications
• Experience as a copywriter or related role with strong skillset across digital marketing and social media
• Full proficiency in English, with a strong grasp of syntax, punctuation, and grammar, specifically Australian English.
• Knowledge and educational background in Finance (Australian Accounting & Taxation)
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
