Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Manager at AIA Sri Lanka. The Team Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, provide guidance and support to team members, and collaborate with other departments. This role is located in Colombo, with the flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
