Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Team Leaders and Group Leaders at Sri Lanka Insurance. The role involves leading and guiding teams to achieve targets, coordinating group activities, and ensuring efficient operations within the insurance sector. While the role is primarily located in Wariyapola, there is flexibility for some remote work to accommodate a work-life balance.
