Oversee and manage a finance team responsible for key accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including PO processing, vendor and customer master setup, invoice management, and bank reconciliations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in a finance team.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in US GAAP or other accounting standards is preferred.
