Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Manager, based in Kottawa with some work-from-home flexibility. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, setting performance targets, and ensuring that team members are aligned with the company’s goals. They will manage team workflows, provide training and development opportunities, and work closely with other departments to improve processes. Additionally, the Team Lead Manager will be involved in strategic planning and reporting to senior management.

• Experience in strategic planning and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some remote work
