Qualifications.
A first Degree from any state or UGC approved foreign university in Sri Lanka or abroad, or from any institute of repute registered with Tertiary Education Authority, Teacher Training Certificate from NIE or any college of Education. Post graduate qualification (Dip in Ed, MA, MSc) from any state or foreign University preferred..

Experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a school of repute in Sri Lanka preferably teaching local curriculum preferably in English medium. Those who have experience in teaching for British examinations may apply. Those who possess foreign exposure will have an added advantage..

Achievements in sports and aesthetic activities are an added advantage. You should be passionate about teaching, dynamic, possess leadership qualities, positive attitudes, listening skills, classroom management abilities with excellent communication skills in English.
