Location: Anywhere in Sri Lanka
Experience: Trainee / entry and Intern level to head of supply chain and logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations in supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, procurement, and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor and improve processes, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain and logistics operations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance.
