About this opportunity:

We invite you to embark on a thrilling career as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Ericsson. Your role will involve proactive business development through effective supplier and partner relationships, focusing on our customer, stakeholder, and business needs. You are expected to qualify and negotiate terms for supplier/ partner agreements while managing external purchases and licenses for products and services. As part of your duties, you will manage the supplier/ partner relationships, actively steering business contributions and assessing performance, while mitigating risks associated with commercial agreements.

What you will do:
• Supplier Relationship Management; Ericsson representative towards suppliers owning the interface and communication with suppliers.
• Initiate supplier self-assessment/ support for the preparation supplier self-assessment/ supplier information
• Supplier to follow Ericsson’s onboarding process & tools
• Initiate/ support the SSM/ SCM on standard NDA/ SSPA/ SCLM
• Secure & Managed documents / processes compliance for the agreement, commercial quotation & securing the approval, Master Data / Material Master Creation – whenever required
• Ensure that the suppliers and sourcing agreements reflect the corporate policies, directives and Ericsson supplier requirements (standard template verifications), follow up and secure the compliance during the supplier lifecycle
• Manage a wide variety of sourcing and procurement requirements including RFx, spend/saving analytics, bid/eAuction/negotiation, contract management, all commercial supplier relationship

The skills you bring:
• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR
• Min years of experience: 7 years
• Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge are needed
• Change & Improvement Management Skills are highly encouraged
• Strong commercial acumen and skills
• Financial acumen skills
• Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge!
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (other languages will be an advantage)
