Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the management and execution of all department expectations.
• Holding associates accountable to expectations and company policies.
• Upholding merchandising standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
You should meet the following requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A positive attitude is essential in all areas.
• Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record in the people process, writing schedules, and placing orders.
• Strong business acumen.
• Basic understanding of the English language, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communications.
• Basic math skills.
