The Job
• Lead data science projects, from problem identification to implementation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical modeling.
• Develop visualizations and insights for business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and privacy policies.
• Guide teams in implementing scalable data analytics and machine learning solutions.
• Support software development with high-quality design methodologies.
• Enhance customer experience by diagnosing and addressing network issues.
• Drive operational support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
The Person
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Computer Science) from a recognized university.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, with at least 2+ years in data science & automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in network analytics, DevOps, and operational support.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
