About the Role:

Increase and grow the student and member population in Sri Lanka by using digital marketing activities for promotion of CGMA/Association, associated products and services following the business plan/strategy. Additionally, deliver presentations on CGMA PQ and associated products to Schools, Universities, Institutes and Corporates to build and raise awareness of CGMA PQ. You will report to Manager – Markets & Relationships

You Will:
• Drive Digital marketing for AICPA&CIMA using the latest technologies and taking ownership of the related campaigns.
• Work with Line Manager on SM Strategy for AICPA&CIMA Sri Lanka.
• Manage online product and brand campaigns.
• Evaluate market research, competitor information and related analytics.
• Work closely on Digital Campaigns with Member Services/Progression teams for student conversion, increased exam uptake and to grow membership in Sri Lanka
• Engage and partner with corporates/entities in promoting CGMA professional qualification, products and services to their employees.
• Identify new business opportunities
• Recommend business development strategies for student recruitment through delivering AICPA&CIMA’s products and services for general recruitment, Finance Leadership Program (FLP) promotion and pathways promotion.
• Organize student recruitment activities to increase students numbers and achieve target set.

You Have:
• Minimum diploma or certification in Marketing or any equivalent field
• Good with Presentation skills
• Digital marketing skills and certifications
• Experience in a related area including: experience in a similar digital marketing role (Managing Social Media activities and campaigns) and experience in the education industry and promoting “careers” to students.
• Advanced level of consultative sales experience
• Part Qualification in CIMA or any other Professional Qualification
• Education/Training industry experience will be advantageous
• Experience with current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Willing to Travel occasionally
