Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Coordinator at The Kingsbury in Colombo. The He/she will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, communication, receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
