About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive content creation, graphic design, video editing, platform management, and campaign execution across social media channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of visual design, short-form video creation, content writing, content strategy development, and campaign management (paid & organic).

This role requires expertise in both organic and paid campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. The successful candidate will be adept at storytelling, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and be comfortable using industry-leading design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Editing
• Develop, edit, and publish engaging visual and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and optimize them for engagement.
• Write compelling long-form content such as blogs, LinkedIn posts, and captions that align with brand voice.
• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for each platform.

2. Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored for different platforms and audience segments.
• Manage social media calendars and schedule content across multiple channels.
• Monitor trends and leverage viral content to enhance brand visibility.
• Implement SEO best practices in written content to maximize reach.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging content formats.

3. Campaign Management (Organic & Paid)
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Optimize ad creatives and copy to increase engagement and conversions.
• Manage community interactions and track engagement metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for better performance.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI).
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.

5. Brand & Community Engagement
• Foster an engaging online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
• Drive user-generated content (UGC) campaigns to boost authenticity and engagement.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
• Proven ability to produce engaging social media content (both visual and written).
• Expertise in social media management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
• Ability to create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form written content (blogs, LinkedIn articles, captions).
• Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform algorithms.

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
• Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience psychology.
