Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SimplyTek. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a positive and friendly environment.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Needs Assessment: Listen to customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and system entries are completed correctly.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
