Intalent is a well-established professional Executive Search firm with over 5 plus years of excellence in the recruitment / executive search industry. One of our clients is seeking a “Service Manager” to join their reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

● Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.

● Train, motivate, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff.

● Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.

● Maintains reporting systems required by management and principals.

● Coordination with Principals relating to after sales division .

● Conducting regional wise pocket meetings for after sales dealers.

● Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports,

tracking systems and surveys.

● Develop and implement a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.

● Understands, keeps abreast of and compliances and local regulations that affect service

operations.

● Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy

procedures.

● Conduct technical training and send employees to appropriate training schools as

needed.

● Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts team to ensure availability.

● Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage

repeat and referral business.

● Maintains high-quality service repairs and conducts periodic spot checks of completed

jobs for thoroughness and quality.

● Implement a CRM system to provide a better service for the customer .
