Role Description

We are seeking a remote contract SEO Content Writer to join our team. The SEO Content Writer will be responsible for producing fully optimized, engaging SEO blog posts. This includes conducting in-depth competitor analysis, keyword research, and content strategy formulation to ensure the content outperforms competitors and drives organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, content writing, and a proven ability to craft content that ranks highly on search engines.

Responsibilities
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Perform keyword research and incorporate high-performing keywords into blog content.
• Write clear, engaging, and well-researched blogs that align with SEO best practices.
• Ensure that all content is optimized for both search engines and the target audience.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximize organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the company’s digital strategy.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, readability, and SEO optimization.

Requirements
• Proven experience in content strategy, SEO writing, and performing in-depth research.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques, including keyword optimization, and on-page SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively.
