Our client is a relatively young and upcoming organization with HQ based in Melbourne Australia and a development center in Colombo, The organization has been on a significant growth trajectory backed by recent funding and an array of large-scale ASX & NASDAQ listed client projects.

Objectives of this Role
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Engaging with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to gather requirements, provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project performance.
• Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential quality issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure that all project documentation is organized and accessible to the project team
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project management or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a similar position collaborating with overseas clients
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in data-related projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and environments.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving project-related issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project etc)
