Senior Sales Executive Job Description
Objectives of this Role
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning
• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base for both Local and International Market
• Handle and execute for both inbound and outbound call and need to go outbound visit if necessary
• Be responsible from sale pitching to sale contract closing including payment follow up for new clients, renewal clients and extra seats buying clients
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media such as LinkedIn.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close the deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members and prepare Sales Pipeline weekly, monthly and quarterly to meet the Sales Target.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
• Maintain the relationship with the customers by doing Telephone call and visiting them.
KPI
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales quota assigned by HOD.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in sale and marketing or business administration.
• 2+ years in sales management within a corporate setting/B2B sales background.
• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Superb leadership ability.
• English language (4 skills) is a must.
• Ability to speak Sinhalese or Tamil.
