Description:
• Agile Leadership: Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams, actively participating in key ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project execution plans, identifying necessary technical and business resources.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Create mechanisms for tracking project progress, managing schedules, and preparing detailed status reports for stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify, resolve, and escalate impediments; manage risks to ensure value delivery and drive continuous improvement at the program level.
• Rollback Planning: Develop criteria and plans for rolling back deployments as necessary to ensure project integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with development and test engineers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Quality Assurance: Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
• Budget Management: Review project statuses and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams in a cloud-based structure.
• Proven ability to implement agile project management strategies effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes and cloud technologies.
