We’re looking for passionate and talented Product Designers / Senior Product Designers with a UX/UI design skillset, to join our growing team and help us craft exceptional designs and customer experiences for our digital products. You will be working closely with the UK Design Leads of Staysure Group and Howsam Group.

Role – Senior Product Designer

As a Product designer, you will play a crucial role in our Product design team. Working closely with the Product Lead and Design Leads in the UK, you will contribute to the design, and maintenance of the product design process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, allowing you to work with exciting products and experiences and collaborating with the UK teams.

Your key responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Lead and Design Leads, to understand stakeholder needs and define product requirements.
• Design high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes for user testing and iteration.
• Brainstorm and develop creative and user-friendly UI/UX concepts when required.
• Ensure UI designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and adhere to the design systems.
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensuring all product work is delivered on time to high standard.
• Ability to work in multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About You:
• You possess a high level of creativity with a keen eye for visual design.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and creative UI/UX design solutions.
• Preferably 4+ years of experience in the UI/UX for Product Designers and 5+ years for Senior Product Designers.
• You’re comfortable working across all design stages, from ideation to prototyping and visual design.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can effectively translate complex concepts into clear and intuitive user interfaces.
• Expert in Figma as a primary design tool, with a strong portfolio of work.
• In-depth knowledge of design systems, including how to implement and adhere to them within Figma.
• A team player but be able to work independently too.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
