Job Overview:
The Senior Operation Executive will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing daily operational activities. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Senior Operation Executive will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and supporting the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and procedures.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise workflow and productivity.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Data Analysis: Analyse operational data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve escalated issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the finance or payment services industry.
