Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Group HR Operations to lead and optimize our HR operations across the group of companies. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with HR policies, and fostering an engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on experience in HR operations, and a passion for driving HR excellence across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
– HR Operations Leadership: Lead the Group HR Operations function, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes across all divisions.
– Compliance Management: Ensure all HR practices adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
– Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee onboarding, development, performance management, and exit processes.
– Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
– Policy Implementation: Implement and update HR policies to reflect the evolving needs of the business and compliance requirements.
– HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in HR practices.
– Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership, providing HR insights and guidance to support business goals.
– Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing HR operations team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
– Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency across the group.
Required Skills:
– HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and benefits management.
– Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing HR operations at a senior level.
– Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
– Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
– Change Management: Experience driving HR change initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
Typical Background:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree in HR or additional certifications (e.g., CIPD) will be advantageous.
– Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR operations role, ideally within a group of companies or large organization.
