Senior Manager Finance

Job description

Provide operational & finance support to the Finance Controller & assist the Management in critical analysis and projects along with responsibility of supply chain management

Key Accountabilities:

Finance
• End to end finance responsibility including preparation of management accounts, Statutory reporting, handling all tax matters including transfer pricing matters with IRD, External and Internal audits, dealing with corporate secretaries, Maintaining Control & governance in the company.
• Financial planning and analysis including pricing decisions, annual budgeting, variance analysis & reporting.
• Cash flow planning and management.
• Driving profitability through cost optimization and revenue maximization to deliver the budgeted bottom-line.

Business partnering and process simplification
• Finance business partnering with Sales & Marketing, Strategy and business deals, Legal contracts, Drug regulatory, HR etc
• Support business expansion projects such as in-licensed deals & local manufacturing partnerships.
• Driving process streamlining and simplification projects across business functions.
• Collaborating with central teams (Finance, business planning, Marketing, logistics, regulatory, legal, Secretarial etc) & regional leadership teams based in India in order to carry out the duties effectively and efficiently

Operations:
• Supply chain management (Demand planning, imports & logistics) & overall responsibility for product availability in the country.
• Dealing with the import control department and Customs department.
• Overlook and support the tender business operation to achieve the tender budget. (Helping to create tender opportunities, proactively resolving supply issues to cater govt, orders & help achieve business growth.
• Driving supply de-risking projects (local contract manufacturing, registering alternative manufacturing plants etc, Diverting products manufactured for other markets through wavier of registrations).

Educational Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Business MGT etc, Full professional qualification.
• Sound communication skills and working proficiency in English.
• Excellent Excel Skills.
• Should be detail oriented and Data-driven.
• Ability to perform timely and relevant financial analysis.

Relevant Experience:

Should possess minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
