Senior Manager – Digital Channels

Job description
Are you passionate about driving digital products growth and expanding customer bases? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Digital Channels to drive our digital branding strategy and accelerate our expansion in digital transaction.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with various business teams to deliver innovative campaigns across multiple channels, including branches, partnerships, and events.

Job Profile
• Create and execute a marketing strategy to meet business and marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Guide creative, digital, research, and ad agencies to launch impactful marketing campaigns.
• Report monthly on digital marketing performance to steering committees and the Board.
• Monitor KPIs and lead the team in developing effective onboarding and transformation programs.
• Ensure all customer touchpoints are equipped with onboarding links and materials.
• Convert traditional banking transactions to digital through branch and commercial networks.
• Maintain consistent visual and content communication for the digital banking product suite.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and update digital banking media spaces with relevant content.
• Enhance marketing mediums and liaise with corporate brand teams and branch marketing.
• Create educational programs for staff to enhance their knowledge and engagement with digital banking.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Oversee budget implementation, supplier payments, and financial reconciliations.

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 9 years’ experience in Marketing out of which 5 Years at Managerial Level with hands on experience in Digital Marketing or advertising at a reputed organization
• Experience in Banking or managing banking products will be added advantage.
• A Degree or a Full/Part Qualification
