What you will do?
Revenue Growth from Existing Clients:
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing clients by identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ADA’s data-driven solutions and services.
• Analyze client performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize client investment in ADA’s solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
• Regularly engage with clients to provide insights, updates, and recommendations on leveraging ADA’s offerings to achieve their goals.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to develop sales strategies that drive growth within existing accounts and contribute to overall revenue targets.
• Implement sales initiatives that increase client retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Proposal and Presentation Development:
• Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to existing clients to communicate ADA’s value proposition and drive further engagement.
Client Solution Optimization:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client solutions are effectively implemented and optimized for maximum ROI.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance ADA’s solution offerings based on client needs and market trends.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
• Mentor and guide junior team members in client management and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent client experience.
What skills and experience you will need?
• 8-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in sectors like FMCG, telecommunications, retail, travel, or banking.
• Proven track record of growing existing client revenues and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan market landscape and customer engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
