We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java backend development and React frontend development. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for software projects.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java and React.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js and other related technologies.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and processes.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products on time.

Shift: US Day Time (SL Night Time) (5pm – 2am)

Location: Battaramulla (Hybrid Mode)

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar capacity with BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
• Strong experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Kotlin Java, etc.) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Java development, including experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and retail management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
