Senior IT Project Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator with proven expertise in complex digital transformation projects. In this strategic role, you will lead the successful delivery of digital transformation projects for our clients, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including risk management and issue resolution processes.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, budget allocation, and third-party vendors.
• Drive collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an IT Project Delivery space.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum is preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
