Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Formix in Colombo. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also be involved in developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications
• Experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with HR software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
