What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or a related field

🔹 8+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior role

🔹 Expertise in Learning & Development, talent acquisition & compliance

🔹 Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Experience with visa regulations & expatriate management is a plus
