Senior HR Manager | Biyagama
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a senior HR Manager.
• BSc degree in HRM or Organizational Psychology
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus.
• Management Softwares (including payroll systems and ATS)
• Solid understanding of Labour Legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
