Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs for digital campaigns targeting a youthful audience. This includes creating content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.

Responsibilities:
• Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms targeting youth.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Design both static and motion-based content, including graphics, animations, and videos.
• Translate complex ideas into visually compelling and engaging content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Collaborate effectively with the Creative Director and marketing teams on campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and youth culture.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Tailor designs for both English and Arabic-speaking audiences, considering cultural nuances.

Requirements and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital media.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in online campaigns and social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in animation and motion design is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sports and youth culture trends.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
