Job Summary:

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing visual materials that communicate the brand’s message effectively. You will work closely with the creative team to develop creative concepts, manage projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visuals that align with the company’s brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling and effective designs for a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, email templates, and website elements.
• Branding: Maintain and enforce brand consistency by ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives and align with the brand’s identity.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and external vendors when necessary.
• Creative Software: Utilize industry-standard design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit design assets.
• Photography and Image Editing: Source and manipulate images to be used in designs, ensuring they align with the project’s goals and visual style.
• Print Production: Prepare and set up files for print, understanding various printing techniques, paper types, and color modes.
• Digital Platforms: Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital platforms to create engaging and responsive designs for online marketing and social media.
• Feedback and Revisions: Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to design projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and high quality of final designs, paying attention to details, consistency, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience; preferably in the advertising industry or similar field.
• Proficiency in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite; and other similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is also an added advantage.
