Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the company’s financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Provide leadership to the finance team, ensuring the effective management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and general accounting functions.
• Assist the CFO and senior management in strategic decision-making with relevant financial data and recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize financial processes and controls to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to the board and senior management.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (a Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA will be an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and auditing practices.
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
