Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role is essential for facilitating effective financial management and driving operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and conduct comprehensive analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget and operating plan to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee and optimize working capital to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.
• Drive initiatives aimed at controlling costs and enhancing profitability across the organization.
• Lead efforts to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Engage in major functions such as negotiations and cost control to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Partly qualified in ICASL, CIMA, or possess an accountancy/finance degree from a reputed university.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Finance Executive, preferably in a manufacturing FMCG or retail business operation.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory to effectively manage financial operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to problem-solve and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
