Role Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent and you will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Full/Part Professional Qualification in HRM.
• 03-04 years’ of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Previous experience in BPO industry will be a definite advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
