Scattered Harvest (SH) is a UAE/Sri Lanka-based organization that sources premium fresh produce and FMCG products from Sri Lanka and other countries. As the company expands its operations in Sri Lanka, we are looking to grow our team.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team in Sri Lanka. The role will focus on acquiring and managing a customer portfolio within the HoReCa, Modern Trade and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor revenue strategies that align with overall company goals.
• Analyze revenue trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead the revenue forecasting process, ensuring alignment with financial goals and market trends independently.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts to maximize long-term revenue.
• Monitor pricing strategies, discounting practices, and promotional offers to optimize profit margins.
• Generate and present detailed revenue reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to ensure a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing, or in a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior revenue, business development, or sales leadership role, preferably in the Fresh Fruits/Vegetables category.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with revenue management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms.
